IWhat happened to the program?

Most of the options are not available any more! i payed for soemthing else and you changed the option. i cant customize the text anymore/ make it round. I also cant change size of the text / all letters need to be same size? i need to add allergie description not possible!! also moving rims are not possible anymore! my already existing project chanfged apperance? how and why!
