Just a black screen instead of the image

My Firefox browser shows all the UI elements but in the image window there's just blackness and nothing more. In Chrome all is good.

Same here. One minute it was okay. I updated premier pro etc and next minute I am unable to see my projects in Express. I can see thumbnails and previews but when I open it is only a black screen. I need to work!

Hi @Sapna238343620zbk, This shouldn't be happening. Can you share a screen recording so we can better understand and investigate this? Also, let us know which browser you are working on and whether it happens when you work on incognito/private browsing.

I sorted it. Logged out and back in. Didn’t think to do that before because I am so used to just starting up and getting on with it 😊
