lagging audio and video

The pointer on editing is lagging behind so the time code is off and unable to edit a simple file. It's been a half hour and I still cannot edit a file.

    Could you please share the screen recording of the issue you're seeing? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
