layers is not responding

    Hello BeeCW, 

    I am so sorry you are experiencing this. I am working with the team to figure out why this is happening and I have one brief question. Was this happening in a document you created in the New Express or is this happening with a file you had before migrating over to the new Adobe Express. 

    Your answer here will be super helpful in figuring this out

    thank you for getting back to us.

    For the first issue 

    1. Re-ordering layers didn't respond. I since found that although it is
    selected in the side bar of layers it doesn't always respond and it needs
    reselecting on the page to use.

     I have logged a bug with our team. In the meantime i think more details would be helpfull for them : 

    1. What machine are you using?

    2. Which is the internet speed?

    3. Did you start your work from a template? If this is the case can you please share the template details with us ?

    4. Is it consistently reproducible?

     

    For the second issue 

    2. Additionally, which is really frustrating, once you have a few layers on a
    page, when you select them in the layers side bar, if they are near or
    below another layer you cannot free move the item. When trying to do so it
    selects they layer above. The only way to move an item is by using arrow
    navigation tools, equally trying to resize an item is very frustrating too.

     

     This is a functionality arround the selection pattern that our team is working on improving.
