The position of the layer cannot be changed

Hey @default38330768fnw5dm, Please let us know your workflow for changing layer positions. Are you using Adobe Express on the web or on mobile? Also, what happens when you click on the layers option on the right edge (webapp) and drag one layer over the other? Can you share a screenshot of the issue so we can understand it better?
