Layers have gone missing

Layers were on the right for this template. Now they are gone. There's no apparent whey to get those back, and so I can't even change out the photo now.

    My layers button is greyed out! Is that happening for you too?

    Thanks for reaching out. Please try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
