Layers | UI Issue

The layers menu (when dropped down to view all page elements) is entirely in the way of the right arrow icon to switch to the next page making it where I have to close the layers then switch the page then reopen the layers again, over and over. While perhaps not a bug but rather a design flaw, this surely could be considered undesirable, and surely I am not the only one to have noticed this.
