Letter o unable to insert macron

When we converted our file to the new application the letter o does not allow us to put a macron over it. We use this for our brand name. It is a huge problem. ō is what we need and are only able to use the regular o now.

Sorry to for your troubles. I had a few questions to better understand the issue. Which typeface are you using that contains the ō? Is it an Adobe font or one you uploaded? Are you using a keyboard that has a ō key? What was the process you went through to add it previously?
