Library not found

As of today, one of my shared libraries no longer appears inside Adobe Express. I have tried refreshing my browser window, deleting cookie cache, using different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) - all with the same results. I am able to see the library in my Adobe account overview but NOT when inside Adobe Express web application.

The library is not new - it has existed for over 18 months and until yesterday was working just fine.

Hello @_andWebb. We are sorry for any frustration caused. Since your shared library was working until yesterday and is still visible in your Adobe account but not in Adobe Express, it may be a sync issue. So I recommend checking the library permissions to ensure it’s still shared correctly. Logging out and back in, using incognito mode. If the issue persists, please let us know.

Hey @_andWebb.  Thanks for testing what you have already. Could you share some screenshots showing where the library appears in your Adobe account overview and where it's missing inside Adobe Express? This will help us better understand the issue. Also, let us know if this is happening with all shared libraries or just this specific one.
