Hey guys! I tried downloading a video I had created with no Adobe Stock assets and got the attached error. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it the shapes I am using?

There is NO KNOWN SOLUTION TO THIS. Your best bet is to do a screen record of your video, open it in QuickTime to crop/edit it, and then upload it.

This is yet another known issue that Adobe has not fixed. You get this attached error for no real reason. Opening and having it on other browsers does nothing to fix it. No "error icon" appears next to your image assets, fonts, or music file; it simply does not work. You spend hours trying to make a reel and then cannot use it. No one has the time to deconstruct a video to see what random asset Adobe Express seems to have an issue with.

Hi @Mnica Malav

This post may help identify the Stock asset being used in your video (that had to be removed from the Stock collection): https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/asset-can-t-be-licensed/td-p/14485577

Hi Tarun!

I tried copying it, using different browsers to try and download. I did take out the shares and still got the error message so I aborted mission and sent the content a different way. The issue seems to be with some of the Adobe Express templates. I did report it also to the AE team.

Thank you!

Have a great day!

Hi

@Mnica Malav

,

Sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing. Did you try to check if that works without using the shapes? Did you use the template through Adobe Express? Can you try duplicating the video and then downloading it to see if that helps?

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Tarun
