Diz que atingi limite de armazenamento, mas eu nem tenho projeto algum criado., e insiste para que eu assine o Premium. Pode me ajudar?

I suspect, though that there may be an issue with your account config. See last comment on the thread, in which case you'll need to get hold of Adobe support.
