Link publishing not working

I'm trying to publish a website resource, and the little "publishing" graphic doesn't pop up—all I get is a little white box with no resulting link. I've attached a screenshot of the blank box after I've clicked to publish the page.

I am having exactly the same problem. I have a web presentation all ready to go but I can't generate a link through the Share button. I too get that darned white box. I need to resolve this but can't get answers!! I created a related presentation a few weeks ago and had no problems getting and publishing a web link.
