Linked Photoshop/Illustrator files not loading in Express

Hey! I'm having trouble adding linked PSD and AI files to my Adobe Express projects. When I try to insert a file from Photoshop or Illustrator, nothing happens — no error, it just doesn’t load.

Also noticed that when choosing the "Create new Express file" option on linked .ai files previously loaded into Express, it just opens a blank template - the .ai image is not added. I guess it's the same issue.

Managed to work around it for now, by uploading the .ai file into Express again, and choosing the "Convert AI to an Adobe Express file" option. But still frustrating, as I have a folder full of .ai logos that I've been using in Express projects - and now I can't add any of them to my projects anymore.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Are other projects in Adobe Express loading fine? How are you trying to open the linked PSD and AI files in Adobe Express?

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
