LinkedIn posting from Adobe Express to a connected business account

When posting to social media from Adobe Express the ability to post to a connected LinkedIn profile isn’t working correctly. For instance, a business account is connected to my personal account, but the system does not allow me to log into the business account, instead it creates a new business account, which does nobody any good. People must be able to access the real account that is connected to their personal account to post to it from Adobe Express.

    Thanks for posting - I know you’ve probably tried this already, but would you mind confirming if you have: 

    1. cleared cache & cookies
    2. tried refreshing the social media tokens entirely by disconnecting it completely, and then reconnecting
    3. tried this in private/incognito mode 

    If you’ve already done said steps, please go ahead and attach screenshots and/or a screen recording of the issue, so I can pass it along to the product team to take a deeper look! I want to make sure it’s an issue on the Express side, and not something on the LinkedIn side as well. 😀

    Thank you, Rose. I tried all that and now the option to connect to the business account isn’t showing up anymore. So, I can only connect to my personal account. It definitely could be either a LinkedIn issue or an Adobe issue, but I think it is clear, it is not a browser issue.
