LinkedIn stopped publishing

LinkedIn stopped publishing last week.  I noticed that my 3 scheduled posts for last week didn't shop up.  they did say they are 'published', however when I got to the linkedin page, the posts are not showing.

I've found the issue.  When the token needed to be refreshed, it connected to my personal page, instead of my company page.  I had to disconnect it and reconnect it.  Then I could re-select my company profile.

Here are some additional examples from last week and Monday.   I reposted all these manually over the few days.

Yes, while this post appears to be exactly the same, I manually had to publish it via the LinkedIn Scheduling tool on linkedin.com   It didn't publish via Adobe Express.

@Jason Holicky  Apologies for the inconvinence.
Will you be able to share the account email you are using and linkedin account user name you are using so that we can investigate issue further

It shows like this.  I see that I'm connected.  I even disconnected and reconnected.  It shows that it published, but it's not on my linked in page.  I had to manually publish it yesterday.   I'm using the Adobe Express app installed on my windows computer.  So I don't think its a browser to clear...?

PS.  I did got to 'manage connections' and disconnect and reconnect linkedin.  Then i duplicated and reposted. It's still the same.

Hi

@Jason Holicky

,

We're sorry to hear about this. Do you see any exclamation mark next to the LinkedIn channel? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
