Linking to other accounts

I have been trying to link my Facebook to Adobe express. However whenever I try to this it does not let it connect to the main account and only connects to my page. I have since deactivated the page cleared cookies, opened a new page on internet explorer, gone incognito with VPN however it still does not connect. Please help. I have tried doing it through Instagram also no luck. All other accounts have connected
