Login to download from Adobe Express broken - You'll lose all your work

Hi,

I spent hours editing a template on Adobe Express Web version, then it said "Download", when clicking it goes to authentication, and using my account to login, it simply throws an error and that's it. Everything's gone. You navigate back in the browser and what you get is the unedited template you stared working from. This is hugely frustrating because 3 or 4 hours of my life just went to the bin.

I got this code in case it helps: UUID: 1f3e077f-ce01-4ba4-a10b-efb204d02f5c

Regards,

Rui

I appreciate your willingness to help but if you can pull my file that is in the que and convert it back to my paid Adobe Pro subscription, I would very much appreciate it.

I just lost hours of work on a power point pdf document that autopmatically converted to Adobe Express (which I did not want). An error came up and I can see my file but it won’t let me open or save. It shows it’s in my Adobe cloud but when I go there it’s not there and now I can only get the 1st version and can’t access to convert back to just my paid Adobe Pro. So very frustrating especially since I just paid for the pro version to do this project.

Hi @Rui5EC0

Apologies for this experience. The team is investigating and while your changes may not be recoverable, your report helps immensely in isolating and fixing the bug that led to this wasted effort, so you and other users do not run into it again in the future.

Your workflow (editing without being logged in) is fully supported and should have worked were it not for this bug. But for peace of mind, many users log in first. That way, all the edits are saved to the cloud as users continue making them.

If you ever run into other issues with Adobe Express, please report here. We are here to help.

Thanks,

Abhi G
