Logo Image Quality on Export

Ever since this new update my image quality has degraded dramatically. I used this program daily to create content for my showroom monitors, and it worked flawlessly for so long. My .png logo files I would add would always export out perfect and crystal clear once I was done building an image. But now every time I "download" an image once I'm done adding my text and logos, it always comes out like crap and won't upscale. Why is it compressing my logo files to be all pixelated on export? I have hundreds of ads I made with the old adobe express, everything is perfectly clear. I'm using the same logo files, never had an issue in the past, what changed. I loved this program for making instagram content, stories and posts, and for that it still works fairly well, but even still my logo images always come out choppy, and these are logo files that can scale infinitely with no issue. The only way to make it work right now is to export as a .pdf, than take that file into photoshop, and export it as a high quality .jpg or .png, than I have to use AI upscaling software to get the same image quality I used to get before this update. Please address this! Love this program, don't want to have to switch.

Hi @Will27736514fy00

Thanks for posting about the issue. I've seen a few other similar reports but want to ensure I fully understand the issue to report it our developers for getting addressed. Just to ensure I understand, could you help me with the following info?

  • Was the logo you're seeing the quality issues uploaded in the brand or image upload section?
  • What was the file format of the source logo, i.e. jpg, png, Illustrator, etc.? PNG
  • Are you scaling the logo image up or down within your projects?
  • Is the quality issue apparent when editing or only on export?
  • Would it be possible to describe the steps to reproduce the issue?
  • Would it be possible to share screenshots of the issue?
  • Would it be possible to attach an example logo file for reproducing the issue?

Thanks for your help on this,

Dave
