logo maker doesn't work!!!

Beta logo maker in Adobe Express doesn't work for me. It always appears "creating your logo..." and never worked.

    Problem is on PC version. Adobe Express installs as a shortcut of the link in Chrome unlike Canva's local installs. I use Windows 11 PC with Ryzen 7 8700G + 64bg RAM. But the same tasks is easily done in Android Adobe Express v27.4.2, S22 Ultra, Android 15. No problem in Mobile version.

    I did everything you have suggested. Plus turned off the Firewall as well. Problem is still there. Stuck on 'Creating your logo ...' animation. I used Adobe Express on my android device to complete the logo making part. Thanks!

    1. A screen recording of the issue happening when you try to create or edit the logo? This will help us identify any specific glitches.

    2. More details about the system and device you’re using (including the Android version and app version of Adobe Express).

    @Shon_Limaye5956 a screen recording would help too since the issue may be specific to the the content or style you pick.

    hey its not working for me either, i tried on edge chrome and the adobe express app. i am stuck on design fundamentals final project

    Hey @Shon_Limaye5956, Are you still facing the issue. I just tried to create a logo and it worked fine for me. Can you try clear9ng the cahce/cookies of the browser and check if that makes any difference? 

    Please share you observations!

    I am still facing this issue. I am Stuck on "creating your logo." I am trying to do the Final Project of "Design Fundamentals" and cannot proceed without this working ...

      Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

        I am having the same issue. I have tried using Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, more than once, and no luck. It has been stuck on "creating your logo" for around 30 minutes. I was excited to try this out, but I think I will just make my own.
