Losing my project

Hello, I keep on losing my project hQ1UiRvg6zLfq .It doesn't show in my stuff. Can you please help? Thanks Simon

This morning (10am Malaysian time) the correct updated file appeared. For the last 8 hrs I added more scenes but about 2 hrs ago they disappeared again! Is Adobe Express having issues uploading to cloud large files as I continue to work on it thus causing this problem? Please help

Please let us know if you're working on a Desktop or Mobile device.
Have you noticed any performance issues or delays while working on the project?
What's the size of the file you're working on?
Do you have other projects or files experiencing similar issues with disappearing content?
Did you get any error messages when the scenes disappear?

Also, if possible, please share the project URL to investigate further.

Me too. I have this probem since yesterday. I recreated and just a few minutes ago the lost file suddenly invaded the latest video project file I was working on. I have wasted 2 days work already. Why???

Are these projects missing from web or app (iOS/Android) -
Format of the missing projects - How many were Page/Post/Video -
URL of published Spark Post/PageVideo -

Can you share the names of the missing projects?-
Were these projects shared with others? -
Can other collaborators access these projects? -
