Losing the headline background when publishing the report

Dear Colleagues, When I click "publish" button, the headline background (An Autumn-themed picture) disappears. Kindly let me know how to resolve this. Best, Yuanwan

Sorry to hear about that and for not getting back to you sooner.

Where is the image background coming from? Is it your autumn-themed picture? Have you tried clearing your cache? Can you try to publish the webpage again? If the issue persists, try with a different browser such as Google Chrome.
