Lost access to brand
Our whole team has lost access to a brand that was created to share our library logos and other assets. We are unsure who made the brand but we have had some employee turnover. Is it possible to find it and add it back if it's lost, reassign it to another staff member?
I have tried:
- using an incognito browser
- using a different browser
- clearing all possible caches
- I only have one Adobe account/login
- Version of the app: Adobe Express online
- Platform and OS version: Chrome browser, Windows 11
- Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Log in to my staff account, click on Brands
- Expected result and actual result: Exprected result, our shared Brand called "SLCLibraries" shows up with all of our assets. Actual result: There is no shared Brand.
I have started recreating the Brand in case Adobe Support cannot do anything.
