Lost Media

I was working on a webpage, and it saved every time, then I came to finish it one day, and all my data, pictures, template, font, everything is gone. And not only is it all gone, but it's an exact copy of an entirely different webpage I completed, and I don't know how to recover the lost data.

Hi @zesty_bruh1384,

We’re sorry you’re experiencing this issue! 🙏 To help our engineering team investigate and work on a solution, please provide the following details:

  • Name or URL of the affected webpage

  • Device and browser or app version you were using

  • Any screenshots or descriptions of the lost content

In the meantime, please try checking the editor’s version history or undo options, logging in on another device or browser, clearing the cache, signing out and back in, and checking your projects or drafts for the original page.

Dell Inspiron 14 7445 2-in-1, Google Chrome browser

I did not get a chance to take screenshots of the actual webpage, but it
was a webpage saved as "Film Analysis Website" that analyzed a horror film
trailer called "Bring Her Back." It had a black background with a red,
bolded Halloween-looking font. And it contained a few of the following
images.

(Content Warning: scary images, blood)

I have tried refreshing the page, clearing the cache, looking through my
saved projects, signing out and back in, restarting my device, signing in
on a different device, but nothing has changed, and the content that is
currently on it is from an entirely different project.

Thank you.
