lost project

I have a school account vmkinneer@sdlancaster.org which is affiliated with google for logging in to things as well as outlook for emails. I also have a personal account with the adobe express app viktorypoem@gmail.com which I use for business. I was accidentally signed into my school account when I was working on a project for my business. I was somehow locked out of the school account, I thought I had just not saved my password or something, it said I had to contact administrator but now it lets me right back in but my project is gone. Is there a way to check if I have another account under vmkinneer@sdlancaster.org?
