Sorry to hear, but I did want to point out that most popular magic alignment options ("Capitalize & fit") continues to be supported, but is now called "Dynamic"

This was one of the primary reasons I would use Adobe Express (Previously Adobe Spark). The magic text alignment was a unique and compelling feature, and I am both shocked and disappointed to find it missing from the recent version. 

I just happen to have the same problem, the magic aligment tool is nowhere to be found
