Major formatting issues with both English words and Hebrew

I have one import and one export issue to report. Was editing an old pdf with the adobe editing tools. I tried to add a blank page and my file automatically uploaded into adobe express. When it did, every word of text in my 36 page document had the wrong spacing between words. I could find no setting to fix this, which seemed to be that spaces were interpreted as being super wide or extra spaces were inserted. It took me three hours to manually fix. After fixing the original text in Adobe Express, I designed new pages including adding new Hebrew text that runs from right to left. The new pages look great in the editing space and the app correctly identified it as Hebrew and I used a Hebrew font. Unfortunately, when downloaded as a pdf the Hebrew is flipped as though it is a left to right language. This made it completely unreadable as you have to read backwards. Unfortunately we didn't notice this issue so spent $150 to print 14 copies o our book (a Haggadah for Passover) that don't have correct Hebrew in them. I am deeply upset but also would like to know how to fix this so I can export and print my document correctly.
