Media not loading

Platform is useless to me if the media won't load. I have been staring at this for over 10 minutes. This is ridiculous I have already changed internet connections . Tried reloading several times. Tried not only the grids, but the media as well. Platform is unusable right not.

    We're sorry for the delay and to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you try signing out and singing in again?

     

    Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.
