I'm having problems uploading a picture. It never shows up. Sometimes the pictures are messed up by Adobe

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know how you are trying to upload the picture. Are you getting any error messages? Which format are you trying to upload?  Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue you're seeing? 

 

Have you tried using the other browsers recommended (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such issues can also be resolved by removing the cache and cookies from the browser.
