Menus blank

Hi, it's been a few months since I used Adobe express, in the new version, none of the menus to the left function, they are all blank when I click on them. (templates, media, text, elements, grids). Help! I need to make some thumbnails and nothing is as it was.

    We're sorry for the delay and to hear about the issue you're experiencing. Are you still seeing the issue at your end? If yes, can you please share the screen recording of the issue?

     

    Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

    Same issue here. Only "Your stuff" and Add-ons load for me. I can edit and change existing content on a project and have been duplicating and copy/paste/changing as a workaround, but starting a new project has been essentially impossible for the past two months.

    I'm just adding in here that when I click on the "Elements" menu it is blank. Why pay for an app that doesn't have the basic Canva functions. I expected more from Adobe.
