Meu vídeo não abre e nem baixa para minha máquina

o vídeo foi feito a dez meses atrás, não consigo abrí-lo pra reedição e nem muito menos baixá-lo. O nome do vídeo é Momento Espírita - O Tempo. Antes eu abria os vídeos antigos, reeditava e baixava, agora não consigo fazer mais isso. Não tenho acesso ao meu próprio vídeo.

If so, could you please share a screenshot of the error?  Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.

     

    If that doesn't help, share your project URL with us along with your Adobe ID to investigate further.
