We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the format of the video you're using? Is it happening with one video file or all? Which browser are you using?  Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

You may also check that your browser or antivirus software is not blocking anything. Try logging out and back in with your Adobe ID.
