microphone

My microphone keeps saying that it is muted and I do not Know how to unmute it.

The same troubleshooting mentioned in that article would still apply. You might also want to test in a couple of different browsers.

      Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Are you on Windows or Mac? Are you able to record in other browser apps?
