Missing Adobe Spark Webpage, Not Converted? Not Recoverable?

Just wanted to check if the what you are reporting as unavailable is the published page or the source (editable) Webpage file?

If the former, could you please check again? There was an outage yesterday, which has now been resolved.

So after all these weeks when I INITIALLY PROVIDED THE WAYBACK MACHINE LINK you are just not recreating it from that?

Also, the new Adobe Express doesn't have the same fonts.

And Wayback Machine doesn't have the photos, but now mysteriously Adobe's second attempt to recreate this page has 95% of the photos back?

1. What happened with this Spark Page?
2. How did you get the photos? Had to be from Adobe's servers despite you telling us somehow it was deleted.
3. How can I get the rest of the photos?
4. How can I get the headings font back that you no longer offer?

This is progress but all the hours I've spent trying to fix this situation I've defintely lost money.

@SC-Agency remix helps you in creating a copy from the shared link asn start it as your own project. As for the current link that we shared, we recovered it via the Wayback machine. As per our findings your original document seems to be deleted.

I hit remix to investigate so I guess we don't need your copy you sent? Not sure if the two are independent of each other. No instructions on what Remix does.

It appears this is a partial recreation of the Spark Page likely from the Wayback Machine link I provided during chat and email sessions. It is missing the font we used for headings and it is no longer available as a font choice in Adobe Express. It is also missing 99% of the images (and there were many).

So in a position like this for anyone else missing a page, is Adobe recreating them or are you finding some remnants in your server? I would assume recreating because of the missing images, the same images missing from Wayback Machine. What do people do about missing imgaes and branded fonts are no longer available?

Tried reaching back out to you several times via DM. Ghosted and Engineering emailed basically saying they have no idea how the file went missing. Many more subscribers are now having the same problem of missing files.

I've been waiting for more than a week for Adobe to answer the same question. WHERE IS MY SPARK PAGE? I just get DMs and emails saying, "We need more time, we need more time, we need more time." As a world leader in technology and creative innovation, is there a backup or not? Paid product, file(s) are gone, answers?
