Missing Adobe Stock Selections

We had about 20,000 images we selected for future use which use to appear under My stock and they are no longer there.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. To proceed further, please check if you're logged in with the correct Adobe ID. Please ensure you have an active Adobe account. Have you tried using the other browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

 

Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies, please check this link: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
