missing and adding spaces

I've noticed that when I write a post in a word document and try to paste into the scheduler, it will suddenly remove spaces in random places, or add some in others. It will also get rid of any paragraph line breaks I have added in.

I can confirm that notepad will get rid of all the formating that may cause grief when pasting content. You can see it happen when you try it in this very forum: content pasted from MsWord (or even libre office) is error prone while Notepad never fails.

In my experience, formatted content copied directly from MS Word contains junk code that doesn't play nice on the web.  I usually strip-out formatting first by pasting into a plain text editor like Notepad or NoteTab light. Then copy & paste unformatted text into the web app.

Hope that helps.

Hi there,

Could you please share the workflow and screen recording of the issue? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

Regards,
