Not all of my files have been transferred over to the new Adobe. I need my files to make edits.

Hi @default31729606u3bjrz,

We're sorry for your experience with the new Express version. If you have not used the mobile app in 2023, your files will automatically be migrated to the new version of Adobe Express on your desktop upon your first log-in after launch.

All files from the previous version of Adobe Express will be editable in the new version of Adobe Express on the desktop except for SVG files (including QR codes), which will be available to download, and Spark Video files, which will only be available to download as an mp4.
