Missing Text

When I preview my graphic, the text shows up. However, when I open the document to edit, the text in the boxes disappear. When I hover over the text box, Adobe says there's still text on the page, however, I cannot get the workspace to load text options, templates, etc. Then when I go to download, all the assets disappear on my document. Thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

I just came across this post and wanted to see if the recent bug fixes made a difference.

Since you reported, our engineering team has been working hard to fix this pesky bug.

 

In the meantime, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
