[Mobile] Audio issue with video

I have put together a video with an audio track in the background. When playing it on Adobe it works fine. When downloaded, the audio only plays for half of the video and the 2nd half is played in silence. I have tried a few times, by uploading the video again and changing the audio track, but every time, it's the same result.

Okay, thanks for that extra info. I am sure it is frustrating! Can you confirm that the length of your audio file is long enough to extend all the way through to the end of the video and the still images? In other words, is the audio file at least two minutes long if the video plus photos run for two minutes or under combined? Last thought is to PM me with the files and I'll try them tomorrow for you.

Hi @Aidan37903453jvbb, sorry to hear about the audio trouble! I am wondering if this is specific to the mobile app. Is there any chance you can test the same video/audio file using the desktop app?

Is there anything special or different about the audio tracks you are using? I just made a quick video (I uploaded one of my own videos) using the desktop app and added one of the audio clip files from Express. The audio is playing all the way through with the video after downloading the mp4 file and playing it back on my local video player.

Also, did you only export (download) to mp4 or did you also try one of these other formats to see if audio is working? Let us know how it's going!

Hi,

No, I've tried the mobile and desktop version.. I still keep getting the same results.

I have also tried different resolutions, same results.

I have downloaded the full video (I added pictures to the end of the video) with no sound.. deleted the old video from Adobe and used the downloaded one to create the video from new. Added the sound and downloaded it again... the sound cut off at the same point again.

It's very frustrating 😑
