Can't add a jpg image, says incompatible file type.

The image compatibilty issue could also be the one listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/express/kb/known-issues-mobile.html. Does the workaround (in bold) help?

Uploading a file from the device failed (Android).

When uploading a file from your Android device, upload may fail when selecting Photos, Videos, Take a photo, or Record a video. As a workaround, you can select Upload from device > Choose file to upload a file from your Android device.

Hi @jennyn5687667 , are you adding it onto your canvas directly, or from Home? If you add from the other workflow, I wonder if it'll work for you. Our team was fixing a related bug earlier this week for images uploaded from Home.
