Sorry to hear that this issue is still occurring for your devices. I am curious if you've tried to manually drag up the Download tab/tray and if so, were you able to see if the tray was actually blank or not.

 

If not, could you please give that a try and let us know. A screenshot would also help.

    We're sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the download. Could you please elaborate more on the issue to help you further? What file type are you trying to download? Did you try restarting the device to check if that helps? Also, please ensure you are using a stable internet connection.

    I am accessing the beta application where im design is - there was a pro version design in put in it so i went to the default adobe express app to upgrade

    After ive done that i went back the the beta app to download my work then the download tab stay stuck like i see it pop but not fully
    so i cant press the option of export and the button download

    All i see is the Download title and i cant swipe up to show more

    Ive tried this on my Samsung S23 and My girlfriend’s iPhone 13

    same result… just a little difference… on the iphone it asked me to press here to transfert my work to the other app and i cliked and didnt see any change other that the fact that ive lost 2 projects on the regular app ( that i dont care about )

    ive lost one day out of my 14 trial days so far…. tic toc
