We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please provide the make and model of the device you're using? Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you share the screenshot of the error message? Can you download the video from the web? Did you try signing out and signing in again to check if that helps? Also, try restarting the device and see if that helps.
