[Mobile Beta] Not publishing scheduled post

Got and emails saying the scheduled post failed to post. Express suggested to refresh my IG connection. Did that, and tried publishing again. Still not working. Trying to fix it from desktop, but the site isn't even loading. Would be nice to have a "post manually" option, where you download the content and automatically copy captions

Apologies for inconvenience. Can you please share the post id's for the failed posts and email of the account so that we can investigate further.

I ended up downloading the content and copying the caption, posting manually. 

 

I tried publishing 3-4 times. Also duplicating the post and schedule it a few minutes later. Nothing happened. It said "publishing" with the green "light" and then I got an email saying it failed.

 

Don't have a screen recording. 

I'm on Samsung Galaxy s20 

 

Will try again in a few days.

Hi @AnineDesire , I'm sorry you are having this issue. I would like to help you find a solution. if you refresh, does the issue remain?

 

If so, can you share a screenshot or recording of the issue? Also, please provide the type of phone and model.
