I’m only able to connect to my business profiles in Facebook and Instagram. I’m unable to connect to my personal profiles.

Hi @default36975988cvfyi1 - to schedule posts, you need a business account. This is a mandatory requirement from the social networks. I'd suggest upgrading your accounts. https://help.instagram.com/502981923235522
