[Mobile Beta] UI Bug with System Picker for Videos

When selecting videos to add for editing from the Camera Roll the UI doesn’t accurately display what is happening. Likely the case for larger video formats. The Add button remains tappable, when tapping again Video progress circles are visible on each selected item but keep alternating. Likely downloading from iCloud. Should close the system picker and instead show UI that shows videos being downloaded.
