hey i do majority of my poetry doodles on here but its a little concerning that not even text bothers to show up on ios ? an iphone 11 user. clicking into the project doesnt even load text at all.-? what happened???

I've been having trouble accessing a project; the texts aren't loading or updating. It stays like that for a long time, as seen in the screenshot. I've tried closing the application, reopening it, and even restarting my computer, but none of these methods have resolved the issue. It's worth noting that my internet connection is fine, as it is smooth

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps. If you have any pop -up blocker installed, try disabling it and see how it goes.
