Thanks I figured it out

the files that shows the previous that haven't been edited in a while that won't open/convert the regular way what you want to do is:

Click the view type button that lets you sort how the thumbs are displayed so they are l"listed"

than scroll and find the thumb or file that you want to convert and click the "3dots" to the right of it.

this opens up the submenu and you want to select " duplicate" than when's it's complete you can scroll back up to the top you'll see your newly duplicated files that WOULDNT open before. Now just click it and it opens.

as far as deleting the ones below that won't open I'd say hang on to them till they find a fix

be safe

Hi @JAY KIN’KD

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. We've seen a few other isolated reports of this, and are actively investigating.

Thanks for your patience.

Actually to clarify it converts the old files for the first week even files that I haven't opened in a while it was working.

now it only lets me open the files that have been recent in opening as of late which is like 4. The rest I haven't touched and lol week last week I've been trying to open older files with no luck.  It said error converting try again. So what's this mean alll this work just gone out the window since these older files can't be re-editied?
