[Mobile] Instagram story error

Hey could you guys look into why can’t you schedule a Instagram image as a story (19:6) using the Adobe Express Scheduling tool? An error message states video files should be a certain format… Instagram allows pictures to be shared as stories. Can you please fix and include the option to share a story on Facebook like other platforms do? Finally, why can’t you add a new feature to include unlimited social media accounts… most other scheduling apps or tools offer this functionality… Thanks in advance. Best regards Paul

I've had this issue for months and have given up scheduling IG stories from express 😞

i've been having the same problem I have a story with no video and want to schedule on IG but it won't allow me to schedule. it says Instagram accepts 1 video in MP4 or MOV format to publish to Stories. Try switching the post type to "Post" for more flexibility.

    Instagram allows to post stories with an aspect ratio of

    Instagram Stories 1080 x 1920 pixels (9:16 ratio)

     

    Please retest this with the correct measurements and let me know if this helped.
