We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try switching to another internet connection to check if that helps? What file format are you using? Is it happening with all videos? Try reinstalling the app on your phone and on the web; try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
