[Mobile] My old files won’t “Convert” Im

Some of my files converted easily after the first update. But now all of my older ones don’t convert. I need those files. My clients are pissed at me because I haven’t given them updated versions of the originals because the update can’t convert them. This is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP Also, what in the AI generated FAQs is the response to “ How do I migrate my files to the new version of Adobe Express mobile app?”?
