I have a deadline and all my old artwork disappeared

I have used Adobe Express for a long while now, and with this newest update I have to say that this app has been completely destroyed. Everything is over complicated, & projects that I have used consistently on a day to day basis have been deleted. The app no longer flows like it once used to. I am now going to have to find a brand new app to do my graphics. I am really disappointed because I truly enjoyed this app.

With the new version of the mobile app I have lost several files, the most important ones. Please, it is necessary to restore to a previous version. This is a disaster.

Hi all, we are investigating this issue.

Can you please confirm if

if you used the new Express app and chose to update it.
if you are missing files in the new Express app, or if you have the old Adobe Express app on a different device/tablet and files are missing there.
All files or some files are missing.
if there are files in the old Adobe Express desktop Organizer (https://express.adobe.com/sp/projects), or, are the missing files there? Or does it is automatically redirected to https://new.express.adobe.com/

Migration also can take about 7-8 seconds so we recommend trying closing down & reopening your app as well.

Migration to the new app was horrible. Missing work and final work. Never warned about this during migration. Should be better Adobe
